How We Ship

  • Paint pens, small bottles, and non-aerosol items ship via USPS
  • Spray cans and larger paint sizes are considered hazardous chemicals and must ship via FedEx or UPS Ground.
  • Due to shipping regulations, paint products cannot ship overnight or by air
  • Spray cans to Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories ship via USPS surface mail

Made to Order, Shipped to You

We custom-mix each color, so most paint is ready to ship in about 5 business days. Unique colors may take up to 10 business days to research and mix. Once your order ships, use the map to estimate delivery time.

What we cover

Custom-mixed paint
If your paint does not match, or if your order arrives damaged or defective, submit a request with clear photos. Our team will review the issue and, when approved, provide a replacement or refund.

Accessories and tools
Unused accessories and tools can be returned for a refund. Customers are responsible for return shipping.

How it works

  • Submit your request within 75 days of your order date.
  • Upload clear photos showing the issue.
  • Our team will review your request and guide you through the next steps.
  • Please do not mail anything back unless we ask you to.

What to expect

  • Most requests are reviewed within 2 business days.
  • Approved refunds are issued promptly.
  • Approved replacements ship as soon as they are ready.

Important notes

  • Because paint is custom mixed for your order, basecoat and midcoat paint items are reviewed case by case and are not standard returns.
  • Orders placed with the wrong color code are not eligible for a refund.
  • If a formula is discontinued or unavailable, we will issue a refund if we cannot make your color.
  • For classic, rare, or older colors, factory formulas may be limited or unavailable.
  • For repainted vehicles or vehicles without a paint code, custom hand matching is often the best option.
